As founder and principal, Joe is essential to establishing the group's vision, providing team leadership, and building relationships. He offers hands-on oversight and is always forward-thinking, driven by a passion to provide every client with the best possible experience and highest quality.
Design Director/ ASLA
As the creative lead for Argentine Group, Bart is dedicated to producing creative, original, and sensible designs that respect the environmental and architectural context of each space. He approaches every project with enthusiasm, focusing on identifying opportunities and ensuring a comprehensive integration of all design elements. By fostering strong partnerships with clients and consultants, he aims to achieve collaborative and cohesive visions and solutions.
Senior Manager of Administration & Finance
Carolina is a bilingual senior management professional with more than 15 years of experience in administration, finance, operations, and marketing across multinational organizations. Since joining Argentine Group in 2021, she has led the administration and finance division, overseeing daily operations, financial planning, vendor management and human resources initiatives. Carolina is recognized for streamlining processes, enhancing organizational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Manager, Licensed GC
With nearly forty years of construction experience and over 150 homes built across the Tampa Bay area, Neil brings unmatched expertise and precision to every project. As Project Manager, he oversees the full process from start to finish, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards. Known for his friendly demeanor and exacting eye, Neil is the ideal combination of approachable and meticulous, exactly what you want leading your build.
Registered Landscape Architect | Design Consultant
As an experienced Real Estate Design and Development professional, Debra has provided design and consulting services on numerous Argentine Group projects over the past 7 years. Her experience and insights bring technical and creative value to each project. Debra currently practices in the areas of land planning, entitlements, site and landscape architectural design across a variety of sectors.

Paul is a past Argentine Group client, trusted advisor and longtime friend of the company. His coaching and training programs have been a core element in building a successful business model and developing leaders within the organization.

History of AG
The Argentine Group’s story began nearly four decades ago. Growing vegetables in his family garden as a hobby, Joe and his sister were pioneers in the notion of organic produce delivery, selling door to door via a Radio Flyer wagon. After relocating to Florida as a teenager, Joseph’s green thumb grew stronger and he began designing and planting small gardens, eventually founding Argentine Landscaping in 1996. The company first put down roots in Clearwater, FL, with a Tampa office offering Design-Build services blooming soon after.
In 2013, Joe joined forces with Bart Beck, and together they became the Argentine Group. Since that time, Argentine Group has settled in St. Petersburg, having developed a reputation for delivering uniquely stunning outdoor living areas, adhering to the highest standards and supported by the highest quality materials.
We believe it is an honor to be able to give back to the community who has given us so much. Argentine Group supports a variety of charities and philanthropic organizations both locally and globally, with a focus on organizations that promote land stewardship, children, and art. World Vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to tackling poverty and injustice. With a focus on vulnerable children and communities, their work spans emergency relief, long-term development, and advocacy, promoting human transformation through faith, compassion, and partnership.
The Sustany Foundation champions sustainability in the Tampa Bay region by supporting projects and education that balance environmental health, economic vitality, and social equity. As a collaborative force, Sustany invests in innovative initiatives that protect natural resources and enrich the community for future generations.
The “Taking a Stance” sculpture is a memorial honoring Officer Jesse Madsen and all law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Designed by artist Dominique Martinez in partnership with the Rogai Family Foundation, the six-foot, 800-pound lion sculpture is partially composed of salvaged materials, including pieces from Officer Madsen’s own patrol vehicle, along with over 125 decommissioned firearms. Installed outside Tampa PD’s District One, it offers not only a striking piece of public art but a reflective space for both officers and community members to remember sacrifice, service, and unity.
The Tampa Museum of Art brings people together through dynamic exhibitions and inclusive educational programming. With celebrated collections from ancient to contemporary, the Museum fosters creativity, dialogue, and cultural enrichment in the heart of downtown Tampa.
For nearly a century, the Tampa Garden Club has nurtured a love for gardening and environmental stewardship across the Tampa Bay community. Through education, civic outreach, and beautification projects, it cultivates both natural beauty and a shared sense of responsibility for the landscape we call home.
Mary Lee’s House is Hillsborough County’s first Child Advocacy and Protection Center, bringing together medical, legal, and mental health professionals to provide coordinated support for children and families in need. Since opening in 2008, it has served more than 2,500 children each year through trauma-informed care, forensic interviews, counseling, educational resources, and safe, welcoming spaces that promote healing and hope.
Great Shape! Inc. is a volunteer-driven nonprofit that empowers children and families across the Caribbean by providing free access to dental care, eye care, literacy programs, and teacher training. Each year, more than 700 volunteers serve over 40,000 people through initiatives like 1000 Smiles, the largest international dental outreach in the region, SuperKids for literacy and computer education, iCARE for vision services, and professional development for teachers, bringing hope, health, and opportunity to underserved communities.
Florida Resurrection House has been dedicated to helping families with children who are experiencing homelessness. What began as a coalition of churches seeking an alternative to emergency shelters has grown into a nonprofit that provides transitional housing, supportive services, and a safe environment where families can rebuild their lives.
Over the years, more than 600 families have participated in the program, gaining the time, space, and resources needed to move toward stability and independence.
The Chihuly Collection showcases the brilliant glass artistry of Dale Chihuly in a space designed specifically to enhance the impact of his work. This permanent installation offers an immersive experience where architecture and art converge to inspire awe and imagination.
ALPHA House provides a safe haven and supportive services for homeless pregnant women and new mothers, helping them build stable, self-sufficient lives. Through housing, education, job training, and parenting support, ALPHA works to break cycles of abuse and homelessness with dignity and care.
